Charities

We offer portfolio management advice to over 100 charities and understand the need to provide solid, conservative advice for the long term.

We take time to listen to the needs of the charity and having obtained details on its requirement for growth, income and any restrictions that may be placed on the investment policy, we then construct a bespoke portfolio.

Charity portfolios can be managed on an Advisory or Discretionary basis, with all stock registered in our safe custody service, being registered within Barratt & Cooke Trustees Limited in a designated account for the charity. This ensures we deal with all dividends, rights issues and other paperwork from the investments. Furthermore, we send formal valuations in April and October each year.
