ISA
Annual Management Fee of 0.75% + VAT (chargeable in February and August)

£20.00 + VAT per occasion to arrange for a plan holder to attend and vote at company meetings
Transfers from Safe Custody
Transfers of securities held within Barratt & Cooke safe custody will be charged at £15.00 + VAT per holding plus a proportionate nominee fee calculated to the date of transfer.
Change of Beneficial Ownership
Transfers of beneficial ownership is £15.00 + VAT per deed plus stamp duty.
Probate & Valuation Fees
Barratt & Cooke Nominees Clients
0.10% + VAT
A proportionate nominee fee will be charged if an advisory or discretionary or client.
Non Barratt & Cooke Nominees Clients
0.15% + VAT plus £5.00 + VAT per holding where registration confirmation is required.
Minimum fee of £30.00 + VAT
Maximum fee of £300.00 + VAT
Transactions with legal documentation
Each transaction with legal documentation (E.g. Probate, Power of Attorney, Indemnity for lost share certificates etc.) are charged a Settlement & Compliance fee of £25.00.
Lost Share Certificates
A settlement fee of £25.00 is charged in addition to any registrar’s fees in respect of the sale of shares where the share certificate is lost.
An indemnity fee of £20.00 +VAT is charged in addition to any registrar’s fees in respect of a lost share certificate where no sale takes place.
A supplement of £125.00 + VAT will be charged per indemnity in overseas securities and bearer bonds to cover additional costs incurred.
Bank Wiring
Barratt & Cooke charge a fee in order to reimburse the costs made by the bank with a minimum charge of £20.00.
CREST Sponsorship
Annual Management Fee of £200.00 + VAT
