Norwich Samaritans – Our charity of the year

Over the course of each year, through staff-led initiatives, we help raise awareness and funds for our nominated charity of the year.

Norwich Samaritans is a charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope or at risk of suicide, often through its telephone helpline. Every ten seconds, Samaritans responds to a call for help, available day and night, for anyone who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure. Samaritans are not only for the moment of crisis, but they are also taking action to prevent the crisis, giving people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others.
